100 Dials is an AI cold call simulator for SDR teams. Reps practice live, interruptible voice calls with AI prospects built from their real target accounts, so their worst calls happen in practice instead of on the pipeline. Every call is scored on six skills (opener, reason for call, discovery, objection handling, value proposition, close) with one concrete thing to fix next time. Each call keeps its transcript, stats and outcome, and the coach tags the objections that came up. Teams can build custom prospects from their own accounts, use six built-in personas and three "boss fight" prospects at three difficulty levels, or upload call transcripts from Gong, Chorus or their dialer so prospects reflect real buyer language. Managers get a team view showing the weakest skill across the team and the objections reps lose on most, plus an objection library with suggested responses.
