The software is super easy to navigate and makes sending and receiving documents seamless. When we do need support, we get an answer from a person quickly and it's always informative. Sometimes it can take up to a week (after we've asked) to get the yearly license renewal sent to us. It would be nice if they offered multi year licenses so we don't have to update every year. If we do have errors on documents, they are very easy to fix withing the software. It's also very user friendly to set up processes that automate your EDI, so the program does 99% of the work. The best thing in EPICOR is that it's very customizable as per your needs. Many Ad hoc crystal reports can be created in it.
