When we do need support, we get an answer from a person quickly and it's always informative. If we do have errors on documents, they are very easy to fix withing the software. Many Ad hoc crystal reports can be created in it. Last but not the least is that it's very cost effective and fulfil all needs of medium to big enterprizes. **What do you dislike about 1 EDI Source, an Epicor solution?** The thing which i donot like is that it has some limited features. Like it cant be connected to other softwares like attendance machine, weight bridges and the other issue i there is no cloud back up available. **Recommendations to others considering 1 EDI Source, an Epicor solution:** Cheaper yet effective. Some of our vendors work strictly in XML. It makes it difficult to work with those. It was very helpful to go back to.
