Time difference is never an issue. **What do you dislike about 1 EDI Source, an Epicor solution?** After the initial setup, we lost our point of contact. Every business has employee turnover and every time we have a new person someone ends up getting an order hung up somehow. Help to get things going again always cost us at least two hours since the EDI support person has to review our account before they can assist us. **What problems is 1 EDI Source, an Epicor solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** We still receive raw data.
