Traditional and familiar email use and management making it easy-to-use and learn for all skill sets and experience.
The software is very finicky. Occasionally (and frequently), you get false "sign-in" errors that make it frustrating to check when meeting with clients due to its unreliability. Also, the flip side of the benefit is that it isn't flashy or well equipped to handle more modern requests. Finally, the spam filtration system filters out contacts which can be annoying and lead to missed emails from coworkers.
I would avoid it. It's too unreliable and the paired web-hosting capabilities are equally out of fashion
We are able to communicate with individuals inside and outside our office like any email service.
