  ### 1. Next‑Level Commission Software Built Natively for Salesforce

**Cosa Le piace di più di Zinkt?**

We implemented Zinkt at the start of 2026 for our incentive (commissions/comp plans) management. The implementation team was fantastic, the native Salesforce interface is extremely user friendly, and the calculations and real-time reporting and forecasting has been extremely helpful for our business. 

The Zinkt solution has created more focus for the reps driving better deals for the company because they can easily compare and determine how to maximize their earnings per deal using the Co-Pilot interface on the opp. It also gives them real-time visibility into their commissions via the dashboards they have access to; this helps prevent "surprises" and reduce mistrust in the commissions they earned. 

From an administrative side, the EOM process of several hours and manual calculation of commissions outside the system has been streamlined to pulling a live report from Salesforce and sharing it with our leadership team for visibility and approval. This has also increase trust with the ELT as the report is live data that can be easily validated, it in no longer an excel workbook of hidden formulas and calculations. 

The Zinkt support team has also been extremely helpful and engaged on any of our plans that have needed to be "tweaked" or changed. Any reporting views I have needed but been unsure of how to create for myself, or any questions I have had (as an administrator) on the plan settings or how to handle exceptional items have been expeditiously attended to. I appreciate that the team is quick to respond but also genuinely helps mew to learn how to handle these one-off on my own as it enables our company to be more adaptable down the road.

**Cosa non Le piace di Zinkt?**

There really isn't anything we have found that we dislike. When we have had asks for additional features the team has worked to achieve those. The only downside is that I can't view the rep dashboard, as that specific rep without logging in as them. It is not an insurmountable challenge by any means as there are other ways to view the same view using the Admin dashboard. 

One area that I believe our Finance team would like to see is integrations with our payment processing system. This wasn't a requirement when we moved to Zinkt, and it may be on the roadmap but right now we export the commission file and approvals and send to payroll for processing versus a direct integration with our payroll system.

Zinkt has alleviated significant challenges in our commission process. From removing the manual excel-based effort of calculations that reps wouldn't see until end of month, to increasing the trust from all levels (Sales up through the ELT) it has been a significant improvement. Aside from the time and trust that Zinkt has given us back, it has also helped prioritize where reps focus (selling longer deals, selling deals that have lower costs) to drive the most earnings they can, meaning we are keeping converting customers to longer terms at lower in-house costs to us.
