
We use the Monetization platform primarily for entitlements management. It's a decent platform helps with generation, managing, revocation. We have also onboarded some new products recently and ventured into Enhanced partner portal and excited about this capability. I like it that the Sentinel platform is backed by a large organization like Thales who works on constantly improving the platform. The UI/UX could use some improvement. I would love to create support request from within the EMS instead of having to log into another support community site, having to upload data and screenshots etc. If the support portal was embedded within EMS then it's a quick reference to the problem statement as it will be an integrated experience.
