
I really value how Serrala simplifies complex payments and cash management processes. The automation feature is a big win, reducing the team's manual efforts and minimizing errors. I also appreciate the centralized visibility it provides, which includes EBAM, allowing cash positions, bank accounts, and transactions to be seen all in one place. Additionally, Serrala's seamless integration with our SAP system is very beneficial, as it allows for smoother data flows and less manual work. We have found that EBAM does not work always as expected. It can be quite slow at times, which impacts efficiency when we are trying to manage account related processes. Another challenge is adoption. Not everyone across the company consistently updates information in EBAM. Additionally, some features like generating letters do not always work as intended. For example, we are not able to use the feature to generate letters to close bank accounts, because the system is very slow.
