There are a few small downsides I’ve noticed during regular use. At times, the platform runs a little slow, especially when I pull up older task history or have several tabs open at once. These small delays add up during busy workdays. I also wish there were more pre-made templates for common workflows. As an IT admin, I handle a lot of repeated processes, but there aren’t many ready-to-use options for our industry.
