I like MuleSoft Automation for its unified approach to 'clicks not code' integration, which makes connecting systems easier. The faster time to market is a big plus, as well as the ability to empower business users to build their own automations while maintaining IT security. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.
My biggest frustration with MuleSoft Automation is how heavily it depends on technical expertise to deliver real value. Any time something needs to be adjusted—whether that’s tweaking an existing flow or connecting a new data source—it almost always means pulling in a developer or someone from IT. For day-to-day sales users, that reliance creates constant bottlenecks and ends up slowing workflows down rather than streamlining them.
The onboarding experience also comes with a steep learning curve. The platform feels clearly designed for developers and integration specialists, which makes it hard for non-technical users to troubleshoot problems on their own or even understand what’s happening when an automation breaks. Error messages are often vague and tend to point back to documentation that, again, assumes a level of technical knowledge most AEs simply don’t have. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.
