The customer support has been exceptional. I greatly appreciate the flexibility and the solution-oriented discussions I have with Zach and his team as we collaborate to shape the vision for information flow within the integration. Our integration runs daily, managing all demographic, benefits, and compensation data to ensure our HR information stays closely in sync with our payroll records. Due to the importance of the integration and the complexity involved in the setup, any updates or changes need to be handled externally and are not within the responsibilities of the internal system teams. The integration addresses the challenge of manual and duplicate data entry when your ecosystem does not channel all information through a single system. In our organization, we rely on Workday for HR data and UKG for U.S. payroll. Without this integration, every new hire, termination, and update to demographic, benefits, or compensation information would have to be entered twice. This not only increases the risk of data integrity issues, synchronization problems, and payroll processing errors, but also diverts valuable team time away from other important tasks. Quali problemi sta risolvendo Managed Integration Services - iPaaS e come ti sta beneficiando?

Attualmente utilizziamo diverse integrazioni che trasferiscono i dati senza problemi dal mio HRIS Workday nei miei sistemi UKG Pro e WFM che vengono utilizzati per Paghe e Lavoro. Siamo un grande cliente con oltre 18.000 dipendenti e con molta complessità sia nella capacità di cambiamenti che nel volume di cambiamenti. Le nostre integrazioni avvengono più volte al giorno senza errori. Questo per Avis è fondamentale poiché possiamo assumere 100 dipendenti in un giorno durante la stagione di punta. Le nostre integrazioni consentono a tutti i nostri sistemi critici di Risorse Umane e Paghe di rimanere sincronizzati, il che è così importante per l'integrità dei dati.
