The layout of the document explorer mirrors the tree layout from Windows, which makes accessing the content easy for our employees. There are two ways to access the content, the web version of the client or the installed desktop client. Laserfiche Forms is very easy to use to create forms and for employees to enter information. Along with Forms, the workflow process within Laserfiche, one can do quite a bit of manipulation of the content as needed. When we have had issues, we have been able to use the Laserfiche Answers community to find help, and our partner has been great to help. I think the only thing that would be helpful is they have more customized processes and codes that one could use, they could easily implement into your own programs.
