I appreciate that HostArmada has live support 24 hours a day. No matter what time I'm working, if I have a quick question, someone is there to help me, and they are kind enough to wait until the issue is resolved. I also had a recent issue with emails, and they were the most helpful in getting them resolved. When I first started with them, I was unfamiliar with a lot of the processes, and they went over and beyond to help me, which I loved. The fact that there was a live person to assist pushed me straight to them, especially because I am not that well-versed in switching over. Pricing. When I renew I will have a decision to make. It's not that they're not worth it, but when I signed up I didn't pay close attention to renewals.
