
The team has been great to work with and has provided wonderful customer service. The process to onboard and integrate with workday, while time consuming, has been very smooth! I really like the ease of use of the portal and all of the administrative features like providing quarterly budgets to other workspaces, not allowing folks to send to themselves, only allowing sending to wayfair email addresses, and the visual and useful reporting tools. There are only two downsides so far:
1) The process to fund accounts is not as smooth as with all of our other vendors. I don't like the extra step of having to send an email to request an invoice. All of our other vendors attach the invoice on the backend within coupa without requiring this additional step of our team. This is something our team is not used to having to do and I am afraid it is going to continue to cause issues (already has).
2) Our previous digital gift card vendor automatically converted currencies prior to sending GCs - e.g. if I am sending a GC to someone in the UK, I select to send a $100 GC in pounds and it tells that I am being charged $75 USD for it and the employee will automatically receive it in their local currency.
