
I find Flock really amazing so far. The best part is it's user-friendly like WhatsApp and Slack, which makes it easy to call any Flock user and create different channels for specific groups like Engineering and Products. I can set up custom reminders for messages when I'm waiting for a reply and have internal notes visible only to me. The integration with JIRA is also great, allowing me to track status directly from Flock without visiting JIRA separately. Plus, Flock is cost-effective with good customer service; the team is responsive and ready to make changes. The initial setup was easy, taking less than a week. We feel it should allow more and more product integration or allow the APIs. For example, we cannot integrate our CRM tool with Flock as of now as it does not have API that supports. It also does not fully support AI Integration like Claude which we think it should have. Things like, AI integration, need more tool integration, need to have workflow setup as we are planning to bring our customers on Flock in the future for communication.
