It allows customers to request reviews easily and provides the ability to respond to them, either with automatic or manual approvals. The mass texting feature helps small businesses market to their clients regularly through a user-friendly platform. We use Birdeye for social media, where the platform is very easy to use, supporting posts to multiple platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. I truly enjoy the relationship with Birdeye, and the people there are great to work with. The setup process is very easy, and I appreciate the support we get from them.
