Apprezzo anche la libertà di premiare molte persone contemporaneamente, il che è davvero utile quando c'è un gruppo che voglio riconoscere. Inoltre, trovo incredibilmente utile che Awardco sia facile da usare, specialmente quando si lavora con gruppi più grandi, rendendo possibile completare i compiti rapidamente e aumentare il morale. L'impostazione iniziale è stata super facile per me poiché è stata praticamente configurata da loro; ho solo dovuto accedere. **Cosa non Le piace di Awardco?** Direi che c'è una differenza nei tipi di premi che puoi scegliere a seconda di chi te li dà. Se ricevo un premio da un collega rispetto a un manager, ci sono cose diverse che posso scegliere. Molte volte, quando ricevo qualcosa dai miei colleghi, posso solo selezionare, ad esempio, gadget aziendali della nostra azienda.
