Being able to assign clients their own job boards, tasks with assignees, communication features in general stream, task streams, checklists per task as well as being able to track time per task - along with lists that are customizable to track literally everything. It has got to be the glitchiest platform ever created. Streams completely disappear once you submit, or you have to refresh 3 times to see them, let alone apply to them. Tasks start times do not work properly and seem to start whenever they feel like, and the entire infrastructure seems to have a mind of its own. Customer support has not always been helpful, and it's not easy to learn with a deep curve on how to read job boards, navigates jobs vs lists and implementation into existing processes is tough.
