# CRM

Have anyone used HelpScout? Seems complicated. I tried to be oriented, but got lost. Wanted to get students after class satisfaction survey and could not yet make it happen.

Can anyway assist in step-by-step Guide?

I was creating personalised CRM applications for large vendors across the nation and international as well. 
having salesforce on our side was the best decisions of all time , cause it provide us accountability and reliability for our clients.
