# Perché non combinare After Effect nello stesso software?

Perché ci sono così tanti software di editing video da Adobe? Ne abbiamo bisogno solo di uno?

One main reason is that they technically use two different render engines.  While the idea makes complete sense to have them under the same roof, it would be a complete rewrite of the code from the ground up.

Su carta, combinare Pr e Ae sembra ideale, ma la verità è che Premiere Pro e After Effects sono programmi che aiutano a utilizzare flussi di lavoro molto diversi. Entrambi i programmi eseguono il rendering, l'elaborazione e il montaggio tra i fotogrammi costantemente e richiedono molta potenza di elaborazione dalla CPU per svolgere il lavoro senza intoppi. Penso a Pr come alla posa delle fondamenta di un edificio e alla costruzione dell'edificio dal basso verso l'alto, mentre Ae è più il team di design, il team degli interni e il team degli esterni.

Questa è una grande domanda che rappresenterebbe un grande cambiamento. Ma penso che al momento probabilmente non abbiano sviluppato un array tra i due software per permettere ai due sistemi di funzionare simultaneamente. Entrambi i sistemi utilizzano molta memoria e processore. Pensa solo a quando modifichi i tuoi progetti di Premiere in After Effects, se entrambi i software sono aperti, è probabile che tu sperimenti latenza e a volte Premiere si bloccherà (almeno questo è il caso per me, usando un Intel i7 con 16 GB di RAM). Non vedo perché non dovrebbero adottare quell'idea in futuro.
