# Perché il team di supporto impiega così tanto tempo?

Ci vuole troppo tempo per rispondere ai miei problemi

Possibly b/c they are on the West Coast. In my experience (2 years) I have found never had to wait more than 45 minutes for a response and then once I have that initial response both Sean and Brandon are very engaged in helping me to find the right solution.

La mia esperienza è che la richiesta e la risposta via email sono piuttosto rapide. Il vero problema è la capacità di fornire schermate e un rapporto dettagliato delle preoccupazioni. Il supporto telefonico è sempre migliore, ma è ottimo avere le email e la cronologia per riferimento futuro.

Abbiamo avuto tempi di risposta piuttosto decenti dal supporto di GoFormz. È frustrante non avere qualcuno da chiamare e con cui parlare direttamente e dover aspettare le email, ma sembrano essere piuttosto efficienti da diversi anni che lavoriamo con loro.
