# What was your Paycom implementation timeline and experience like?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We're in the final stages of evaluating HCM platforms and implementation is a big concern for our team. For those who've gone through a Paycom implementation, how long did the process take from contract to first live payroll? Were there any surprises along the way? And if you could go back, what would you do differently to prepare?</p>
