IssueTrak è offerto nel cloud e in locale. Per eseguirlo nel cloud, tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è un browser web. Se vuoi eseguirlo sui tuoi server, hai bisogno di Microsoft SQL Server e IIS. Contatta il nostro dipartimento di supporto se hai ulteriori domande -- support@issuetrak.com.

IssueTrak è un'applicazione software basata sul web disponibile per l'installazione On-Premises utilizzando il proprio server web e piattaforma di database o ospitata e mantenuta sul Cloud di IssueTrak. 
Le installazioni On-Premises di IssueTrak possono risiedere su macchine uguali o separate; macchine dedicate o condivise; o macchine fisiche o virtuali che soddisfano i seguenti requisiti hardware e software:

Server Database:
Processore Dual Core 1.8 GHz | 4GB di RAM disponibile | 4GB di spazio disponibile su disco rigido (minimo)
Windows Server 2008 o superiore (32 o 64-bit; Edizione Standard, Enterprise o Datacenter)
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 o superiore (32 o 64-bit; Edizione Standard, Enterprise o Business Intelligence)

Server Web:
Processore Dual Core 1.8 GHz | 4GB di RAM disponibile | 4GB di spazio disponibile su disco rigido (minimo)
Windows Server 2008 o superiore (32 o 64-bit; Edizione Standard, Enterprise o Datacenter)
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 o 8.5

O Stessa Macchina
Processore Dual Core 1.8 GHz | 4GB di RAM disponibile | 4GB di spazio disponibile su disco rigido (minimo)
Windows Server 2008 o superiore (32 o 64-bit; Edizione Standard, Enterprise o Datacenter)
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 o superiore (32 o 64-bit; Edizione Standard, Enterprise o Business Intelligence)
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 o 8.5

Altri Requisiti
Per entrambe le installazioni Cloud e On-Premises, è richiesto un browser web. IssueTrak può essere accessibile tramite Internet Explorer 11+, Chrome 36+ e Firefox 31+.
