Un membro attivo è definito come una persona fisica che ha un prodotto o servizio mensile attivo (ricorrente) associato al proprio account in OfficeRnD. Ciò significa che i membri occasionali come i nomadi che utilizzano un pass giornaliero o le persone che hanno semplicemente prenotato una sala riunioni non verranno conteggiati nel numero totale di membri attivi.
