Landbot è un chatbot automatizzato che crea esperienze conversazionali su Web, WhatsApp e Messenger. Il nome deriva dalla combinazione di "Landing Page" e "Bot". I chatbot generano più coinvolgimento rispetto a una pagina di destinazione statica grazie alla loro natura conversazionale. Da qui è nato il nome Landbot.
