Recupero: Se il tuo notebook Jupyter si blocca o se chiudi accidentalmente la scheda del browser, puoi recuperare il tuo lavoro dall'ultimo checkpoint.

Versionamento: I checkpoint ti permettono di creare diverse versioni del tuo notebook in momenti diversi. Questo è utile quando vuoi sperimentare con modifiche ma mantenere comunque intatta la versione originale.

Ripristino: Se apporti modifiche al tuo notebook che successivamente decidi di non voler mantenere, puoi tornare a un checkpoint precedente.
