L'addestramento iniziale su COMPASS richiede circa mezza giornata. Oltre a questo investimento iniziale di tempo, COMPASS offrirà effettivamente una formazione just-in-time a ciascun utente. COMPASS rende facile fare la cosa giusta raccomandando strumenti e formazione aggiuntiva in base a dove si trova l'utente nella gestione di un progetto.
