Uber ha sia modelli B2B che B2C. Il B2B consente alle aziende di registrarsi sull'app Uber e prenotare corse per i dipendenti che viaggiano per motivi ufficiali, che vengono fatturate e addebitate direttamente all'azienda.

I modelli B2C prevedono che le persone prenotino taxi per uso personale e paghino per ogni viaggio.
