# How long does FMX implementation typically take, and what does onboarding include?

For those who've been through implementation, how long did it actually take and what does onboarding look like day to day? Any prep work you wish you'd done earlier?</p>

Kickoff: You are introduced to your Customer Success Manager, align on desired outcomes, walk through the implementation timeline, and discuss how to manage the project after go-live.
Configuration and data migration: Your CSM works through your workflow processes, form configurations, and user permissions, while your team imports existing data via manual entry or FMX-provided bulk import templates.
Training: Multiple formats cover every user type, including webinar sessions, step-by-step guides, and pre-recorded videos in the FMX Support Center. Admin training covers the full site configuration, every user workflow, and all admin settings.
Go-live: FMX provides a go-live email template, training videos, and links to the learning center so your rollout lands smoothly.
After go-live, every customer stays paired with a named Customer Success Manager for ongoing support, configuration help, and quarterly business reviews.
