1. Click the My Account Icon in the top left. 
2. Click Account Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Account Billing tab scroll down to the Plans & Payment section.
4. Click the link that says "I'd like to cancel my account".
5. Follow the prompts to create a support ticket.
