Puoi aggiungere un'immagine di intestazione e, se stai usando troppe domande, ti suggerirei di annidarle, il che potrebbe sembrare bello. Non ci sono molte funzionalità che abbelliscono il tuo modulo, tuttavia, se sei un utente di Google Sites, puoi aggiungerlo lì e abbellire la pagina invece.
