Dipende da dove ti trovi. Ad esempio, qui in Texas devi essere un Notaio Pubblico attivo e poi puoi utilizzare una piattaforma come docverify per acquistare i certificati richiesti e il timbro elettronico, oltre a fare domanda tramite il sito web per la tua commissione di notaio remoto. Alcuni stati, come il Texas, richiedono anche di fare domanda direttamente attraverso lo stato e di presentare la documentazione da docverify.
