Ciao Bruno - innanzitutto, sono felice di vedere un altro leader nel Customer Success SaaS utilizzare SaaSOptics per monitorare i principali metrici SaaS proprio come facciamo noi! Per quanto riguarda l'automazione delle esportazioni dei report, anche se attualmente non supportiamo l'esportazione automatica dei report, abbiamo un'integrazione con Google Spreadsheets (inclusa nella tua licenza base) che ti permetterà di identificare facilmente una cartella standard di Google Drive in cui vuoi esportare - e poi puoi esportare qualsiasi report o vista elenco con un solo clic.
