# Live Transcript

How does a Pro-user enable Live Transcript when conducting a Zoom meeting? I have seen it being used in Webinars.

Se stai usando SSO e il plugin Chrome Zoom, a volte Zoom perde la tua identità e quindi la funzione di registrazione non viene attivata. Vai nell'estensione, esci e poi accedi di nuovo con il tuo SSO. Poi riavvia la riunione e il pulsante di registrazione dovrebbe essere visibile.
