after recording your audio, record a blank and select that part then go to effects and from there to noise reduction and click on get noise profile and after that select all of your clip by pressing ctrl + a and then again  go to effect and then noise reduction make sure to select reduce noise from the option given and now press ok 
there you go that`s how you do noise reduction in audacity :)

Nel menu "Effetto" c'è uno strumento "Rimozione Rumore". Selezionalo, quindi campiona una porzione del profilo sonoro che vuoi rimuovere. Puoi ascoltare un campione di come suonerà dopo la rimozione prima di applicare l'azione per assicurarti che abbia l'effetto desiderato.
