# il ritardo è risolvibile

alcuni dei miei partner stanno avendo problemi con esso e vorrei che il problema del ritardo fosse risolto

Yes, lag is fixable.
The problem occurs due to poor internet service.

If your bandwidth is good and your internet speed is high around 50mbps than lag problem may not occur.

The lag is truly a result of the internet service you have. At my company we have found that people with 5MB or less of bandwidth to their house experience lag.  Also, people using a satellite internet service experience lag.  My best suggestion, if you can't get more bandwidth or reduce bandwidth usage on your service is to turn off video.  Hope this helps.
