Dato l'aggiornamento della piattaforma che hanno lanciato nell'autunno 2020, penso che sembri molto promettente (vedi https://mailchimp.com/fall2020/). Tuttavia, è ancora lontano dall'essere una suite di marketing tutto-in-uno come affermano.

While MailChimp has been focusing on email marketing for so long and gained loyalty customers (especially SMBs) I would say CRM and personalization will be the weapons (or already is) in order to complete in the marketing automation arena.

While we cannot forecast the future, I would suggest that Mailchimp's concern for large and small, rich and poor users, will set it apart for success. Further, Mailchimp offers useful help for novice users and is willing to give technical support to everyone in need. This is commendable.
