Non mi ero reso conto che fosse specifico per il prodotto, quindi sentiti libero di ignorare se necessario.

"un portale" è un requisito piuttosto generico - qualcosa di semplice come un modulo "contattaci" potrebbe essere considerato un portale. E ti suggerisco di iniziare in questo modo. Inizia con un modulo contattaci.
Poi cresci da lì (ora 2).
Successivamente aggiungi un nuovo modulo per "richieste" iniziando con la richiesta più semplice, comune o che fa risparmiare denaro.

E continua a iterare da lì.

Una volta che il tuo portale raggiunge un punto di cui sei orgoglioso, inizia a condividerlo con i tuoi clienti. Fai in modo che il supporto lo promuova. Pubblicizzalo!
