# In che modo BQ legacy SQL è diverso dallo standard SQL?

BQ offre due tipi di SQL ai loro utenti: SQL Standard e SQL Legacy. Perché è così e in che modo sono diversi l'uno dall'altro.

Il SQL Legacy è un SQL non standard utilizzato solo da BigQuery. Il SQL Standard è conforme al SQL 2011. Google raccomanda di utilizzare il SQL Standard e guardando la documentazione sembra sempre più che Google stia deprecando il SQL Legacy.
