Freshservice è appropriato per scenari in cui è necessaria una piattaforma conforme a ITIL basata su cloud che aiuti qualsiasi tipo di organizzazione a migliorare le proprie prestazioni e operazioni interne. Freshservice è un motore ITIL robusto e completo con un'interfaccia utente amichevole che ti permette di sfruttare al massimo sia i tuoi processi IT che i tuoi asset, indipendentemente dal tuo indice di maturità nello standard ITIL. Non dimenticare due importanti punti di forza che Freshservice ha rispetto a molte altre opzioni: 1) Struttura di formazione online gratuita (ad esempio, FreshWorks Academy, sito web e video su YouTube), e il suo supporto tecnico, davvero, davvero eccezionale rispetto ad altre proposte con obiettivi simili.
