  ### 1. Modern UI and Better Multitasking, but File Management and Search Still Lag

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdul B. | Software tester, Logiciels informatiques, Petite entreprise (50 employés ou moins)

**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de Windows 11?**

The Redesigned start menu features are really good. The snap layout make the multitasking more efficient.I can organize multiple windows to a neat gride with just a hower. The new connecting to android phone is smooth and i can connect to my android phone with ease. The overall UI is much cleaner and modern compared to predecessors. Performance wise it is much smoother now the animation speed is improved.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

The file management of windows 11 is bad if i put too many files in a folder the operations on that folder like opening , scrolling , copying ,deleting all become really slow and have instances of crashing. The file searching is still bad it takes too mush time and most instances of file searching end up in crashing. The integration of ai into the UI is very forceful it is really useless and beta in nature windows copilot needs more work done and at this movement it is useless.

**Quels sont les problèmes que Windows 11 résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?**

The microsoft support is improved i have a situation of my microsoft account got blocked and nothing to do but now it is fixed and they provided the solution. And windows still supports old legacy softwares like turbo c i uses for coding. Also windows terminal is good. The pricing is good and can use the software for lifetime.

  ### 2. Windows 11 Smooth Performance, Better UI, and Useful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de Windows 11?**

I’ve been on Windows 11 for a few years now, and the UI/UX has finally hit its stride. The May 2026 update fixed that annoying File Explorer lag, and being able to move the taskbar again (finally!) makes the desktop feel like mine again. Snap Layouts have become total muscle memory for my workflow—I can’t imagine going back to the clunky window management of Win 10.

On the AI/Intelligence side, I actually find myself using the new Taskbar agents. It’s not just a chat box anymore; the Copilot integration actually helps me find deep system settings or summarize messy folders without me having to dig. The onboarding was surprisingly smooth this time around, too—the new 'Express Setup' got me to my desktop in minutes without a dozen 'reminders' to buy Microsoft 365.

Performance is where I’ve seen the most gain lately. Xbox Mode is a huge win for my gaming sessions, and memory management feels much tighter—I'm not seeing those random background spikes anymore. Integrations with my phone via Phone Link have improved a lot; being able to browse my phone’s files directly in Explorer is a massive time-saver.

In terms of ROI, since the upgrade from Win 10 is still free for compatible hardware, the value is unbeatable. It’s a more secure, faster, and frankly better-looking OS that actually stays out of my way now. If you're still on the fence, it's finally a 'mature' experience.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

My biggest gripe is the constant push toward using a Microsoft Account. It’s becoming harder and harder to keep a machine local-only without having to jump through extra hoops. On top of that, Windows 11 often ignores my default browser choice in “Widgets” or “Search” and funnels me into Edge anyway, which is incredibly annoying. Overall, it feels like my preferences aren’t being respected, even when I’ve clearly set them.

**Quels sont les problèmes que Windows 11 résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?**

The biggest problem Windows 11 solves for me is digital friction. Between Snap Layouts on my ultrawide monitor and the new AI-powered search in File Explorer, I can find things and organize my work much faster than I could on Windows 10.

What I benefit from most is how predictable it feels. The 2026 updates finally brought back a movable taskbar and gave us real control over Windows Updates, so I no longer feel like the OS is fighting me. On top of that, the local AI features—like summarizing documents without uploading them to the cloud—genuinely save me an hour or two of grunt work every week. At this point, it’s finally become the “mature” tool I need it to be.

  ### 3. Great Features, Some Limitations on Older PCs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de Windows 11?**

Windows 11 has transformed my daily workflow with a clean, modern interface and genuinely useful multitasking tools. Snap Layouts save me about 10–15 minutes a day by letting me arrange multiple windows quickly, and virtual desktops make it easy to keep work, personal, and gaming tasks separate. The taskbar integration with Microsoft Teams also makes joining calls and chatting feel seamless, which has helped collaboration.

Overall performance feels snappier than Windows 10, and DirectStorage plus Auto HDR noticeably improve gaming load times and visuals. I didn’t expect to use them much, but Widgets have become my go-to for quick updates, and the cleaner UI helps reduce eye strain during long sessions.

As a free upgrade from Windows 10, the productivity gains, smarter multitasking, and integrated tools make Windows 11 feel like a solid ROI—especially on modern hardware.

Top features I use daily include Snap Layouts and Snap Groups, Virtual Desktops, Teams taskbar integration, Widgets for quick info, and DirectStorage with Auto HDR for gaming.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

Windows 11 has a modern look, but it limits taskbar and Start menu customization, which can disrupt the workflow for power users. The strict hardware requirements also leave many older PCs behind, and some legacy apps don’t always run consistently. Integrated tools like Teams can be helpful, but they sometimes feel intrusive, and the AI features still seem underdeveloped. With more flexibility, stronger compatibility, and smarter AI, it could become a much better overall experience.

**Quels sont les problèmes que Windows 11 résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?**

Before Windows 11, managing multiple apps and collaborating across teams felt slow, and gaming load times were noticeably long. With Snap Layouts and Snap Groups, I can now organize and restore my window setups almost instantly, which saves me about 10–15 minutes each day. The Teams integration also helps speed up communication, so it’s easier to stay aligned with others without breaking my flow. On the gaming side, DirectStorage and Auto HDR make things feel faster and more responsive, and the overall performance improvements make multitasking smoother. Altogether, it adds up to clear productivity gains and a more efficient workflow.

  ### 4. Windows 11 - a Modern, Productive, and Reliable Everyday Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devesh A. | software engineer, Petite entreprise (50 employés ou moins)

**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de Windows 11?**

What I like best about Windows 11 is the balance between a modern user experience and practical productivity features. The clean interface, centered Start menu, and improved navigation make everyday use smoother and less cluttered. It feels easier to find apps, settings, and files quickly compared with older versions.

A feature I use regularly is Snap Layouts, which has improved my workflow significantly. It allows me to organize multiple windows instantly—for example, keeping a browser open for research, a document for writing, and a communication app side by side. This saves time every day and helps me stay focused without constantly switching tabs.

Performance has also been a strong point. Startup times feel faster, multitasking is smoother, and the system handles multiple applications reliably. Security improvements built into Windows 11 also add value, especially for work or study environments.

Another major benefit is compatibility with many tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Visual Studio Code, and cloud storage services, so integrating it into daily work is easy.

From a value perspective, since it often comes pre-installed on new devices or as an upgrade, the return on investment is strong because you get a stable operating system, regular updates, and productivity tools without needing extra setup.

An unexpected benefit has been how much the cleaner design and window management reduce distractions and improve efficiency during long work sessions.

Support and onboarding are also good. The initial setup process is guided and beginner-friendly, making it easy to connect accounts, configure settings, and start working quickly. Microsoft also provides regular updates, built-in help resources, and troubleshooting tools that reduce maintenance effort.

On AI / intelligence, features like smarter search, voice typing, dictation, suggestions, and integration with Microsoft Copilot add convenience and save time. These tools are useful for quick answers, writing assistance, summarization, and improving productivity directly within the system.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

Some things about Windows 11 could definitely be improved. The Start menu is cleaner, but it can feel less customizable than earlier versions, especially for users who like more control over layout and quick access. The taskbar is simpler, but some older features and flexibility were reduced compared with previous versions, which can be frustrating for advanced users. System updates can sometimes happen at inconvenient times or require restarts, which may interrupt work. It can also feel heavier on older hardware, so performance may not be as smooth on low-spec devices. Windows 11 is polished and useful, but improving customization, update convenience, and optimization for older PCs would make it even better.

**Quels sont les problèmes que Windows 11 résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?**

Windows 11 solves my multitasking problems with Snap Layouts, enhances security, organizes files, supports smooth meetings, and runs various apps efficiently. It saves time with faster search and performance, while the easy interface aids tasks like studying, web browsing, and coding.

  ### 5. A Polished OS for Work and Everyday Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan K. | Sr HR Data Analayst, Entreprise (> 1000 employés)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de Windows 11?**

What I like most about Windows 11 is its smooth, modern user experience. The interface feels cleaner and more organized than previous versions, especially with the centered Start menu and the improved multitasking options like Snap Layouts. These changes make it much easier to switch between multiple applications while I’m working.

I also appreciate the performance improvements. Startup feels quicker, and the system stays responsive when I have multiple browser tabs and apps open at the same time. It also seems better optimized for everyday productivity, with improved memory management and background process handling—particularly when I’m using Excel, browsers, video calls, and analytics software simultaneously.

Security is another strong point. Features like TPM support, stronger Windows Defender protection, and regular security updates give me more confidence using the system for both personal and professional tasks.

Overall, Windows 11 feels more polished and stable, with a clear focus on productivity while still being easy to use.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

One thing I dislike about Windows 11 is that some settings and features feel harder to locate than they were in earlier versions of Windows. Certain options that used to be in one place are now split between the old Control Panel and the newer Settings app, which can make troubleshooting or customization more confusing than it needs to be.

I’ve also noticed that Windows 11 can feel resource-heavy on some systems, especially after updates or when several background apps are running. On top of that, there are times when the pre-installed apps and frequent notifications feel unnecessary and end up affecting the overall experience.

Another drawback is compatibility with older hardware and software. The TPM and stricter hardware requirements do improve security, but they also make upgrading difficult for many users who still have otherwise capable systems.

And while the new interface looks modern, some productivity features from previous Windows versions feel less flexible, and adjusting to the UI changes can take time. Overall, Windows 11 is a solid operating system, but there are still areas where usability and optimization could be improved.

  ### 6. Smooth Transition with Enhanced Multitasking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nihal S. | Intern, Petite entreprise (50 employés ou moins)

**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de Windows 11?**

I use Windows 11 daily and I'm quite satisfied with it. It's minimal, smooth, and easy to understand even for a new user. I like its good UI, which has improved significantly. The split window feature is really helpful for multitasking, allowing me to work on two or more tasks simultaneously. I also like the direct copy-paste option from a right-click, eliminating the need for Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. The UI improvements with more widgets, a cleaner taskbar, and better search options are noticeable. The initial setup was quite easy, with the update process being straightforward, and all my files and data remained intact post-update. Overall, I'd give Windows 11 a solid 9 out of 10.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

I think one feature they could improve or maybe add is the floating window, especially when a song is playing, that would be really convenient for me. Also, if those pre-installed applications and background applications could be less, that would be so much better.

**Quels sont les problèmes que Windows 11 résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?**

I find Windows 11 minimal, smooth, and easy for new users. It solves the issue of software compatibility with Windows 10 and allows me to multitask with split windows. The UI is improved, and I enjoy the direct copy-paste feature from right-click.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

One area where it could improve is updates. At times they feel intrusive, with forced restarts or interruptions while I’m working. Another drawback is the higher system requirements: Windows 11 requires relatively modern hardware, which makes it difficult to run on older machines. Also, some updates can occasionally introduce minor compatibility issues.

Another upside is better integration with tools like Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. It makes sharing files and staying connected easier, especially when working on group projects or collaborating online.

Overall, Windows 11 has improved my daily workflow by making things quicker and more organized. It didn’t take long to get used to, and I didn’t need much support or setup time. It just works well once you start using it.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

Some settings are confusing because they’re split between the new Settings and old Control Panel.
The taskbar has limited customization, which can feel restrictive.
It may have compatibility or performance issues on older devices, and updates can still be disruptive.

  ### 10. Smooth Performance with Room for Update Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan P. | Team Leader - Digitech X Ultrahuman, Marché intermédiaire (51-1000 employés)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de Windows 11?**

I like most about Windows 11 is its different and exclusive themes. Windows 11 gives me a lot of different kinds of themes which I can use as per my convenience. Apart from that, Windows 11 has the most useful day-to-day features which anyone can use, even if they are a beginner. These features can be used very easily without any problem. I also find that the different themes and features help motivate and inspire me in my work. They elevate my mood, helping me to work more efficiently and better in any field I am working on. The themes are soothing and very comfortable to watch; they're eye-pleasing, which adds to the value of Windows 11 for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Windows 11 was quite smooth and easy for me. There were not very many steps included, and I only needed to sign in before I could fully use all the features. This made the experience quite smooth and easy.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de Windows 11?**

The feature that does not work well for me in Windows 11 is the regular updates. Sometimes the updates are very frequent, which slows down the system. I think the regular updates put a lot of effort on the processor, and it slows down the system. If updates were available only once a week or twice in two weeks, it would be very helpful.

**Quels sont les problèmes que Windows 11 résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?**

Windows 11 solves efficiency problems for me with its fast loading speed and smooth operation. It has more features than previous versions and includes AI capabilities that enhance my workflow.
