It functions well without requiring all members to be logged in, which is great because our staff can interact with the system via text. It makes it easier to visualize other schedules, especially when it involves more than 50 coworkers. It's really convenient and easy to notice schedules in a way that’s not overwhelming. I also appreciate that setting up When I Work was easy, with no complicated features to deal with, making it good for someone just starting remote work. Plus, it helps a lot with visualizing work schedules. J'apprécie vraiment comment When I Work m'aide à rester organisé et à gérer mon emploi du temps. Les notifications de rappel sont d'une grande aide, si jamais j'oublie de pointer, cela m'alerte immédiatement pour que je ne manque pas mon service. Une fois que vous vous familiarisez avec le système, il est très facile à naviguer. Les fonctions de copie et de répétition des services rendent la planification rapide et sans effort, ce qui permet de gagner beaucoup de temps. Je trouve également la fonction de suivi de la présence utile car elle me permet de vérifier et de confirmer les registres de présence avec facilité. Pour être honnête, il y a très peu de choses à ne pas aimer à propos de When I Work.
