Can the contacts be easily added to more than one list and easily moved from one to another?
Is it possible for you to upgrade your system to allow a contact to be added to more than one TextWord list, or to move from one to another. I have an online school with 3 or more classes running simultaneously, while we hold public events for students.

When will we be able to move existing contacts into a special textword list for special events?
We have 600+ contacts. Most of them are repetitive to events. For example, if we have a comedy show and those customers text in for a reservation, I have to add them into a special "comedy" text word to be able to communicate specific details about that one event.
For those who sell products, which opt in gave the best results? Coupon codes or free with purchase?
I own a bakery. I have given away free cookies for subscribers and I'm not getting as much traction as I thought that I would. Most customers sign up when they check out on my website.
