**Qu'aimez-vous le plus à propos de SlickPOS?**

What I like most about SlickPOS is how simple and lightweight the system feels. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I can train new cashiers and other staff in under 15 minutes. It also works smoothly across our tablets and mobile devices, which keeps billing fast and efficient. On top of that, it’s budget-friendly for a growing cafe while still covering the essentials we rely on, such as basic inventory tracking and daily sales reporting to help keep operations running smoothly.

**Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de SlickPOS?**

While it is great for basic billing, the inventory management side can be quite complicated. It is difficult to track exact ingredient consumption for complex recipes, and editing items in bulk is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, we occasionally experience minor hardware compatibility issues, such as pairing problems with our receipt printers.

SlickPOS primarily solves the problem of complicated, bulky, and expensive billing setups. In the past, training new staff on clunky legacy systems took too much time, and the hardware took up valuable counter space.

By running SlickPOS on a simple tablet, we've significantly sped up our checkout process during busy shifts. The main benefit to us is the sheer speed and cost-effectiveness of our daily operations. It allows us to process orders and serve customers faster without worrying about steep software learning curves or heavy hardware maintenance, ultimately improving our customer turnaround time.
