Le scénario se produit tout le temps ; le client est paresseux et fournit des informations incorrectes. Riskified refuse. Lorsque nous contactons le client, il nous donne les informations mises à jour. Ces informations seraient excellentes à pouvoir fournir à Riskified pour les soumettre à nouveau au lieu de devoir passer une nouvelle commande.

# What is Riskified using to identify "email age" ?
I have seen a drop in approval rates lately, and I'm noticing often the reason is "email age cannot be corroborated", however, I also will manually check emails through the system Emailage, and the scores are often very low risk of fraud. I do my checks and most often put these orders through our system, but my question is whether or not Emailage is synced into Riskified itself? Why would they have a low risk fraud score and Riskified not even be able to corroborate?

# Is there a backup platform or tool that can be used I'm case of an emergency blackout or power outage?
I would mainly like to know of there is a back up system in case of any unexpected power or system outage from Riskified
