# Liking RFPIO -- sure wish it had different due dates for content review Our company went from Loopio to RFPIO at the beginning of the year. It takes a little time to get used to (Loopio is like proposal management for dummies, much easier, but much less powerful). There are two drawbacks I'd like to see improved. 1) I would love a Microsoft Teams support community like the Slack support channel for RFPIO. We are switching over to MS Teams from Slack soon and will miss this resource. 2) RFPIO has a serious flaw. For the Content Library, when you assign an entry to be reviewed, the reviewer is notified of the date you set for review. The review becomes overdue the same day it's assigned. RFPIO needs to provide for separate due dates for assignment of content review from the assignment day, customizable of course. Reviewers need a week or so to review the content. # Auto-Respond help Hello. I am looking for some feedback on Auto-Respond. I respond to RFPs that all have an excel workbook to fill out with multiple tabs and a large number of fields (varying from ~1,500-3,000 fields). These excel workbooks tend to be similar but are not exact copies (tabs can be labeled and questions can be posed differently). I uploaded previously completed excel workbooks to the answer library to help populate a recently released RFP with a similar excel workbook. When I run Auto-Respond at 100%, it populates the new excel workbook with responses that don’t match and are incorrect. I have found a “workaround” by tagging sections as the excel tabs are labeled and running Auto-Respond by section and using Advanced Filters to only pull from the corresponding tagged section. However, it would still require individually QCing each entry to check if it pulled the correct response, which defeats the purpose of using the feature to save time and resources. Has anyone else had similar issues with Auto-Respond? What have you done to mitigate Auto-Respond issues or be able to use it to your advantage? Thank you! ##### Post Metadata - Net upvotes: 1
