Résumé de l'examen

For such a powerful and flexible system, Notion is really intuitive to use. It feels like it has been built with a strong understanding of the challenges that come with cross-team collaboration, especially in fast-moving agencies and businesses where things change quickly.
It helps bring structure, visibility and consistency to the way teams work, without feeling overly complicated. We’ve found it genuinely useful for improving efficiency, reducing scattered information, and creating a more connected way of working. The value for money is also strong, particularly when you consider how many different use cases it can support. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
We’re still in the early stages of using Notion, so there isn’t anything significant to call out at this point.
The only minor point is that some of the tutorials can feel a little dry in places, but given the depth and flexibility of the platform, that is understandable. There is a lot to learn, and the fact that Notion provides so much learning material is ultimately a positive. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and clean UI. It lets me organize notes, tasks, and databases in one place without feeling cluttered. The grad-and-drop blocks make it easy to customize workflows, even without technical skills. Integrations and embeds are useful for centralizing work. Performance is smooth for most use cases, and the AI features genuinely help with summarizing and drafting content. Overall, it offers a strong value by replacing multiple tools, making it a solid choice for both personal and professional productivity. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
One downside of Notion is that performance can slow down with large or complex pages, especially databases. The flexibility can also become a drawback; there's a learning curve, and it's easy to overcomplicate setups. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I find Notion really good for note-taking and recording meetings. It's got a very simple interface that makes it easy to use, yet it offers a lot of features. It's like a notes app but lets you do a whole lot more, which I think sort of gives me the best of both worlds. I appreciate that it has a simpler workflow that allows me to add AI notes from meetings into documents, giving me all the context needed for larger projects. The setup was really simple since we were already using Notion. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Yeah. Absolutely. There's I think the hardest thing with Notion is it's so disorganized. It gets so, like, so full of documents and pages, and it feels almost impossible to keep track of all of them. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I really love the shared team space in Notion for client management. It helps us record meeting notes and share to-do lists effectively. The calendar feature is also something we utilize and love. The to-do list feature allows us to set tasks, assign them to different people, change due dates, and set priority items which has been a really helpful tool for us. Notion also provides a space for everyone to be aligned in one place and ensures shared visibility of upcoming tasks. I appreciate the ability to make edits in real-time, avoiding the back-and-forth of emails with Word documents. Overall, it makes the process seamless for me. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I would say learning how to use it has been a bit of a learning curve for some members of our team. Some of my older colleagues have had trouble figuring out how to do things like import documents and trying to figure out the right place for something to live within Notion. There are so many functions there that maybe sometimes it's easy for some to get lost. I think everyone's getting there, but it can be kind of complex to learn. The thing I like most about Notion is how customizable it is. I can literally create, from a personal notebook to a full CRM system, inside the same workspace. The block style lets us create simple, ready-to-use databases or complex ones. You can literally build anything you can imagine with Notion.
The interface is easy to use, and you can learn how to set up your workspace in minutes. It is fast and reliable and can be integrated with all tools. Personally, I integrate with Drive, GitHub, and calendar most of the time, and also attach some tweets and PDFs to my pages too.
And when connected with Notion AI, it gets a lot easier to connect the dots on the knowledge in my second brain folder.
I use a lot for both work and personal life. I manage my files, projects, second brain, tasks, literally everything lives there. The only limit with Notion is your imagination and creativity. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Something that bores me is that it's hard to manage subtasks. I think if it had a dedicated subtasks block, it could be better. But overall, the databases can do a good job. But still misses some points when you have to link lots of tasks to one another. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I like Notion's simplicity, making it easy for anyone from beginner to advanced users to navigate without much guidance. I also love the ability to switch between different views like board, calendar, and list views, which makes tracking tasks seamless. Additionally, Notion AI stands out to me with its capability to understand context and brand voice, responding intelligently and contextually, which I find is a 10 over 10 in terms of effectiveness. Notion AI really reduces the time spent on repetitive tasks and was incredibly useful when I created a custom view for marketing spend. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I'd like if the Notion AI plan could be part of the Pro plan. I'm currently on the Pro plan, but Notion AI isn't included, and I have to pay extra. The extra is actually way more expensive than the Pro plan I subscribed to. So, if Notion AI could be part of the Pro plan, that'd be helpful, especially for startups with limited budgets. I use Notion as my personal assistant and manager. It helps me take notes and organize them, making them accessible across all my devices through the cloud. I appreciate its versatility as a life management and scheduling tool, not just for me but for my entire team. I really like the personalization it offers; it's like a simple database with endless add-ons, allowing unlimited possibilities. I love how I can start with a basic page and then add images, tables, and even follow templates to simplify things. For example, I can use a template for study management, make changes, and start using it daily. It's perfect for creating a multi-dimensional database or spreadsheet that can be managed by many people as needed. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Notion could use a better introduction to its deep features to help new users get better at using them. Some of the deeper tools, like spreadsheet functions and hard-coded functions, are hard to grasp. Although Notion offers endless possibilities, it lacks the simplicity and interconnectedness that tools like Obsidian have.
