What I like most is having loads and broker connections all in one place instead of bouncing around Facebook groups and different boards all day. The app is straightforward and easy to figure out. We were able to start using it pretty quickly, and it’s been useful for keeping our cargo vans moving more consistently. I’ve also had good experiences with support whenever we had questions.

I’d like to see more filters for load searches and maybe a few more features for dispatchers, but it seems like they’re actively improving the platform and adding updates pretty often.

Before using Load Network, finding decent loads consistently was taking up a lot of time every day. Having access to verified brokers in one platform has made things a lot simpler for us. It’s helped reduce downtime and made it easier to keep drivers booked without spending hours searching across different places.

Load Network has been very reliable for managing day-to-day operational workflows. The interface is clean, the system performs consistently, and it helped our team improve coordination between departments. We especially liked how quickly our staff adapted to the platform without needing extensive training. Customer support has also been professional and responsive whenever issues come up.

The platform works well overall, but some of the reporting tools could offer deeper customization options. There are also a few advanced settings that take time to fully understand for new users.
