How have others been successful in Canceling their account?
They put me into a recurring year-long contract without my knowledge. They also are in breach of this contract because they couldn't connect to my website. Are you looking to add more design features like background images and will there be plans for more integration in the future.
Background images would be very good for creating emails, making them more creative. Flexibility is important.
