The reporting functions are valuable because they give us visibility into issues and trends, allowing us to continuously improve. I like the functionality and ease of use, and the support team is amazing. They are innovative and respond positively to new ideas. Some of the reporting filtering is challenging at times but we make it work. It would also be nice if there was a way to make mass changes from a list view of cases.
